Will I have direct contact with the translator?

The entire work process will be organized by our project managers whom you will be in communication with. They will be the ones in contact with the team leads or translators involved in your project. Do you use machine translation?

Our company is using internally developed translation management systems and has experience in industry-standard software such as MemSource and SDL Trados. Almost all translation management systems have machine translation features that help with the consistency of the translators’ output. Nonetheless, unless otherwise requested, our output is grounded in human translation and human checking and proofreading.
