We, CCC International LLC , a provider of international professional language translation services for videos, games, comics, and business and personal documents, are committed to protect client’s property and data privacy and confidentiality. This policy covers CCCI internal information assets to ensure business continuity to prevent disruption of services based on ISO 27001 ISMS and other related standards. Our Policy statement is as follows:

C – Our Commitment is to protect client’s products and property, company information assets to achieve confidentiality, integrity, availability.
C – Comply with applicable legal regulations of relevant countries.
C – Continuous improvement to be adopted as a working culture.
I – Improvement of skills through training and knowledge sharing.

This policy shall be communicated to all stakeholders and provide a framework for establishing security risk assessment and controls and shall be reviewed for security effectiveness.

Key Information Security Objectives:

• Meeting clients’ contractual obligations and expectation
• To prevent incidence that disrupts the Business Continuity
• To improve ISMS knowledge, skills and competence of personnel

These ISMS objectives shall be “S.M.A.R.T”. (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and with Time frame). The objectives shall be quantified as KPI to be reviewed for security effectiveness with supporting strategies.

CCC International LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Our company”), in order to keep customers’ personal information accurate and up to date, and to prevent unauthorized access, loss, damage, falsification, and leakage of personal information, takes necessary measures such as maintenance of security systems, improvement of management systems, and thorough employee education, and implements security measures and strictly manages personal information.

Personal information received from customers will be used to send e-mails and materials in response to our company’s contact information, business guidance, and questions.

Our company will appropriately manage personal information received from customers and will not disclose such information to any third party except in the following cases:
・With the customer’s consent
・When our company discloses this information to a subcontractor to provide the service desired by the customer
・Cases in which disclosure is required in accordance with laws and regulations

Our company takes all possible security measures to ensure the accuracy and security of personal information.

If a customer wishes to inquire, modify, or delete his or her personal information, we will confirm that he or she is the person himself or herself and respond accordingly.

Our company will comply with all applicable Armenian laws, regulations and other standards relating to the personal information it holds, and will review and improve the content of this Policy as appropriate.
