Since 2019, CCCI has been working for a major Japanese game publisher addressing the concerns of its French- and German-speaking game users, whether about game specifications or other in-game issues. Since CCC International took over the projects, it has increased the users’ customer support satisfaction based on surveys and consequently, their overall game experience.

In September 2020, CCCI received a request from an Armenian video game development company to translate the app description, from English to Japanese, of its increasingly popular AR (Augmented Reality) app. The app is a visualization tool that brings the physical and digital worlds together. CCC International is grateful to help globalize an excellent Armenia-made technology.

Multilingual Customer Support and BPOInterpretation Work
In March 2021, CCCI collaborated with Armenia’s largest confectionary company, a Guinness World Record holder with the “largest chocolate bar” in the world. CCCI is grateful to have offered English to Hungarian interpretation services for the continuous success of the company’s production of sweets and pastries not only for Armenia but also for the rest of the world.

In July 2021, CCCI started working with Manta, a top trending webcomics app from Korea including exclusive originals. CCCI is helping to design and typeset English translations for Manta’s international audience. CCCI is delighted to contribute its experience in complex cleaning, redrawing, typesetting, and design works to spread Korean manhwa to the world.

In February 2020, we received a request for English – French manga translation from a Japanese publishing company. Since then, CCCI has been doing manga translation, native checking, and typesetting of French texts, consistently and carefully ensuring natural storytelling and aesthetics for the French-speaking audience.

Multilingual Customer SupportArabic Email Support
One of CCCI’s earliest projects is Arabic Email Support for one of the top game publishers in Japan. The sports game is highly popular in the Middle East, unsurprisingly as the sport is huge in the Arabic region as well. To strengthen their rapport with the growing Arabic gamer base, they sought out a reliable Arabic-English email support team. The game’s Arabic players remain to be one of their biggest playing audience to this day.

Beginning April 1, 2021, CCC International has entered into an agreement with a major East Asian comics platform to perform English to German localization and typesetting works. As manga and comics fans ourselves, we at CCCI are thrilled to help pave the way for more readers to enjoy currently popular web-based comics in their native language.

In July 2021, CCC International has entered into an agreement with a Japanese manga localization provider and free illustration/manga production software creator to collaborate on localization projects. CCCI has been commissioned to typeset a 4-koma (4-panel) manga translated from Japanese into English.
